Damaged Products

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged:

All damaged products will be fully refunded.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging in your message.
Once the damage is verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Arix is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
